·    Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in nutrition (Health and Nutrition Across the Lifespan, Sports Nutrition, Macronutrient and Micronutrient Metabolism, Energy Balance and Obesity, Nutrition and Disease, etc.) and/or exercise physiology

·    Great collaboration with university Athletics & strength and conditioning program with on-going efforts in sports science and sports nutrition
