Registered Dietitian - Women's Health
Role Overview
The RD will work remotely with clients to create personalized nutrition plans aligned with their body composition goals, CVD risk reduction as outlined by the clinician (PA). You will collaborate closely with our clinicians and strength coaches to deliver a holistic, integrated care model. This role includes 1:1 nutritional counseling, progress tracking, meal planning support, education, and potentially group coaching or workshops.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individualized virtual nutrition coaching for women.
Develop customized nutrition plans that support body composition optimization, and strength training goals.
Educate clients on nutrition fundamentals
Collaborate with our medical team to understand each client’s hormone therapy plan (HRT, GLP-1, etc.) and tailor nutritional recommendations accordingly.
Track client progress, adjust nutritional protocols, and provide ongoing accountability and support.
Conduct initial assessments including dietary habits, lifestyle factors, symptoms, and goals.
Review and integrate lab findings (when clinically appropriate and provided by medical team) to create more targeted nutrition approaches.
Create educational content (optional) for newsletters, webinars, or program modules.
Work cohesively with strength coaches to ensure nutrition supports the structured training program.
Maintain thorough, HIPAA-compliant notes and documentation through our digital platform.
Qualifications
Required:
Must be a registered dietitian with 5+ years of experience seeing patients.
Experience with GLP-1 patients (Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, etc.)
Must be evidence based and up to date with nutritional research.
Understanding of body composition optimization (fat loss/muscle gain/ sports nutrition)
Experience supporting clients who strength train regularly (muscle protein synthesis, recovery, fueling).
Experience coaching virtually.
Strong communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a medical and fitness-integrated team.
Preferred:
Background in sports nutrition is preferred.
Ability to create content (meal guides, educational posts, scripts, mini modules).
