Fueling Station Manager
Job Summary:
The Fueling Station Manager co-manages TCU Athletics’ primary and satellite fueling stations. This one-year, part-time position is ideal for individuals with an interest in sports nutrition, food service management or pursuing Registered Dietitian credentials. Must be available to work a maximum of 30 hours per week.
Duties & Essential Job Functions:
1. Provides daily athlete-facing customer service.
2. Manages inventory; places vendor orders and reconciles deliveries.
3. Monitors and stocks all fueling stations according to established par levels.
4. Oversees the Sports Nutrition Intern Program including recruiting, orientation, and developing weekly schedules to ensure season-based coverage.
5. Maintains food safety standards and cleanliness of the primary fueling station and eleven satellite fueling stations in accordance with applicable food safety regulations.
6. Performs other duties as assigned.
